Power stations carry a five-year warranty, power banks and solar panels three years, and cables and accessories two years, covering manufacturing and material defects.

How long will a power station hold its charge in storage?

LiFePO4 self-discharge is very low. Stored at around 60% charge in a cool place, a station will retain most of its capacity for over a year. We recommend a top-up every six months.

Can I take a VERINTON power bank on a plane?

Accepted Answer

Models up to 27,000 mAh (under 100 Wh) are accepted as carry-on by most airlines. The Apex series exceeds that and requires airline approval.

Which solar panel should I pair with my station?

Match the panel's peak wattage to your station's rated MPPT input. Slightly over-panelling is normal and helps in low light, the tracker limits input safely.

Do power stations work as a UPS?

Yes. With pass-through charging enabled, output switches to battery in under 20 ms, which is fast enough for routers, NAS units, desktops and most medical devices.

Can I run a refrigerator?

Any station rated 1200 W or above handles typical household refrigerators, including compressor start-up surge. Runtime depends on capacity and duty cycle.
