Reliability is a design decision

Twelve engineering commitments that decide whether a power system still performs in year eight. None of them are optional on a VERINTON product.

Core architecture

The systems that do the work

Each block below is specified, measured and documented, the same numbers our engineers design against.

4000+ cycles

LiFePO4 Batteries

Lithium iron phosphate cells with a 4000-cycle service life and a thermal profile that refuses to run away.

LFP chemistry trades a little energy density for an enormous gain in longevity and safety. VERINTON sources automotive-grade cells, grades them for internal resistance and pairs matched sets so no cell ages faster than its neighbours.

12 protection layers

Battery Management System

A self-learning controller watching voltage, current and temperature at cell level.

Our BMS samples every cell group hundreds of times per second, balances during both charge and discharge, and stores a health history you can read from the display or export for fleet maintenance.

<3% THD

Pure Sine Wave Technology

Grid-quality AC output with total harmonic distortion below 3%.

Sensitive loads, medical equipment, audio interfaces, variable-speed tools, older refrigerators, misbehave on modified sine output. Every VERINTON inverter produces a true sine wave with THD under 3%.

80% in <60 min

Fast Charging

Adaptive multi-stage charging that reaches 80% without cooking the cells.

Charge current is modulated against live cell temperature and impedance, so an 80% fill takes under an hour on most platforms while cycle life stays intact.

Up to 240 W EPR

USB-C Power Delivery

PD 3.1 with Extended Power Range up to 240 W.

Bidirectional USB-C ports negotiate the exact voltage a device requests, from a 5 W earbud case to a 240 W workstation, with E-Marker verification on every VERINTON cable.

+30% harvest

MPPT Solar Charging

Maximum power point tracking that recovers up to 30% more energy than PWM.

Our trackers sweep the panel's IV curve continuously, holding the optimal operating point through passing cloud, partial shade and temperature swings.

30,000-bend rated

Premium Copper Wiring

Tinned high-purity copper with triple shielding as the baseline.

Low DC resistance means less voltage drop, less heat and more of your charger's rating actually reaching the device.

Hardware enforced

Intelligent Protection

Over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and cell-imbalance defence in hardware.

Protection logic lives in silicon, not firmware, so it keeps working during an update, a brownout or a fault condition.

<30 dB eco mode

Thermal Management

Temperature-mapped airflow and aluminium heat spines that keep noise down.

Sensors across the pack drive variable fan curves, so the unit stays near silent in eco mode and only ramps when the physics demands it.

>92% round trip

Energy Efficiency

Round-trip efficiency above 92% across the platform.

Low-loss switching, tight magnetics and idle-draw management mean more of the energy you store comes back out as usable power.

GaN III

Power Conversion

GaN III switching for smaller, cooler, quieter conversion stages.

Gallium nitride transistors switch faster with lower losses, letting us shrink adapters and inverters without shrinking their real-world output.

CE · FCC · RoHS · UN38.3

Safety Certifications

Independently tested and documented for every market we ship to.

CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3 and regional electrical certifications, with test reports available in the Support Center.

What our lab actually tests

Cell characterisation, abuse testing, thermal imaging, harmonic analysis and 30,000-cycle bend rigs. If it appears on a spec sheet, it came off an instrument.
